Textures Salon is a full-service salon in West Haven, Utah. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit texturesut.com, book an appointment, or call, text, or message us, and how we use it.

Booking
Online booking is handled by GlossGenius. When you book, the information you enter is collected and handled under GlossGenius's own terms and privacy policy, along with any payment details. We can see your appointment and contact details so we can take care of you.
Texting and messaging through Google
You can message us from our Google Business Profile on Search and Maps. Google's AI agent may answer routine questions, such as hours, services, and prices, using information from our profile. It passes questions it can't answer to our team. Some messages come straight to our salon number instead. Google handles these conversations under its own policies, and our team can read them.
We use your messages to answer you and help with your appointment. We may occasionally text specials, but only to people who have agreed to receive them. You can opt out anytime by replying STOP. Standard message rates may apply.
How we use your information
We use your information to answer questions, schedule and manage appointments, provide services, and run the salon.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run the salon, such as our booking system, our website host, and Google for messages sent through our profile, or when the law requires it. Some services at Textures are provided by independent stylists and artists, who may see the details they need for your appointment.

Children
We welcome kids in the salon, but this website and our messaging are meant for adults. A parent or guardian should book and communicate for a child.
